A cornmeal pastry case filled with Shallot, onion, salad onion and garlic in cream and cheddar.

Polenta, the North Italian staple, adds lots of taste and substance to this tartlet and is suitable for a vegetarian diet.
Each 20cl tart is approximately 11cm in diameter
