Terms and Conditions
1. Registration
By signing up to our website and purchasing goods from Withy Kitchen you have agreed to the terms and conditions of sale that apply to all transactions with Withy Kitchen We require the following information to provide a service to you:
* Your address, including the postcode of the billing address of the payment card
* Your home telephone number
* Your email address
We do not retain your payment details from previous orders. Therefore, each purchase from Withy Kitchen will require you to enter new payment details.
To access your account you will require a password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure.
2. Product Prices
The price of goods charged is as quoted on the web site at the time you place your order.
Your payment card will be charged for items despatched to you. If you order a double portion size meal and it is not available then we will supply the same number of total portions but in smaller tray sizes. Under these circumstances your card will only be charged for the amount of the larger trays.
All our food products are zero-rated for VAT. However, any item supplied which is VAT rated will be charged accordingly. Our VAT number is GB 900 9101 71
Our minimum order level is £25.00 with free delivery on all orders over £75.00 - see delivery section for details
3. Cancelling an Order
An order may be cancelled at any time up to the point at which they are despatched (That is normally 15:00 hours on the day before you are expecting delivery)
4. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with any of the items in your order or any part of the delivery service please contact us - either by emailing us via the "Contact us" page on the web site or by telephoning 07774 826688.
As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you - the customer- inspect the food once you have opened the box. If you are unhappy with the goods, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace or refund any item which you feel does not reach our quality standards, or any item which has been damaged in transit.
If we have sent you an incorrect item then please contact us as soon as possible. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will do so. We will not charge for the incorrect item.
Our objective is to be open and honest with all of our customers. We will endeavour to ensure that we remedy all problems and act to accommodate all suggestions.
