We are committed to locally sourcing as many of our ingredients as possible from local suppliers in Somerset and the West Country. This means we regularly change what we cook with the seasons.
We offer a number of seasonal dishes to match what is available from our farm suppliers or in the market.
We cook the best ingredients when they are in season and blast freeze them so you enjoy the the taste for most of the year.

THE SUMMER HOLS ARE HERE - THE SUN IS OUT AND PICNICS ARE HAPPENING.

August is here, the harvest has started and the A303 and the M5 are no go areas. It must be the Summer holidays!.

It's time to take advantage of the weather, enjoy the countryside and eat Al fresco. We've got plenty of options. Try our tarts, or the filo parcels, they make great picnic alternatives. Our pasties are a must, cook at home, wrap and away you go.Our Rosti also make great picnic fodder

And when you get home the BBQ is waiting. Terror? Not if you use our Puy Lentil Burgers. Try them they are FAB.
