We offer a number of seasonal dishes to match what is available from our farm suppliers or in the market.
We cook the best ingredients when they are in season and blast freeze them so you enjoy the the taste for most of the year.
We are well into May and despite the weather the early asparagus shoots are appearing. This is our favourite time of the year.
