We tried the Goat's Cheese and Basil Roulade and could not fault it, it was easy to prepare, it looked exquisite and the blend of flavours was perfect, as good as you'd find in any restaurant. Staying withthe goat's cheese theme we also samples the Puff Pastry Tar with Goat's Cheese and Chicory Marmalade, also delicious, with just enough caremelised orange to offset the cheese.
WE ARE NOW BACK TO NORMAL WORKING.
After all of the disruption caused by the weather I am pleased to say that we are now back to normal and lookig forward to an "ordinary" week
Unfortunately we do have a backlog of orders so please be patient if you have already placed an order with us.
The delivery company are also back to nomal which hopefully means no problems on that front.
Because of the backlog we still have an extended delivery time for new orders - realistically any new orders received this week will not be despatched until Monday 25th - apologies for the delay. From then on we should be back to our normal 4 day delivery
