We think our food will appeal to all sorts of people, whether you are vegetarian or have a veggie coming to stay; you may be one of the growing band of people who enjoy good food but don’t want to eat meat everyday. Some of our dishes will also be vegan. In time we would also like to make good food for people who have other dietary requirements. Somerset is at the forefront of the good food movement and there many producers on our doorstep. We will use fresh ingredients from local producers and every season we will change a number of dishes on the menu. We believe in food being enjoyed in its prime (English asparagus anyone?).
