We have gone out of our way to ensure that we find the best local ingredients available to us. Our ingredients will be sourced locally not only because we know Somerset produces some of the best farmed products in the country but also because we believe in local food. Wherever we can we also want to tell you a little about our suppliers, so you will then know where all the ingredients come from and how they have been cultivated and farmed. As a meat free kitchen, we take extra care and ensure that all our suppliers meet our stringent quality standards. We are committed to using local producers and keen to support the move towards a more sustainable food system. We will label our food clearly and simply.
