Blast Freezing
A simple but highly efficient process which avoids the formation of large ice crystals within the food. Our meals are frozen in minutes in an air blast freezer. This means the textures, tastes and natural colour of all our dishes are retained.

The speed of the freezing process also means that there is no need to use artificial additives or preservatives in our meals as the nutrients are perfectly preserved though flash freezing. And the final bit of good news is that because they are frozen so quickly and so soon after being cooked they have a really long shelf life.
